Chadwick Boseman was the king of the 2018 Met Gala red carpet yesterday and it’s safe to say all of Wakanda was wowed. Boseman who plays the Black Panther (T’Challa) in Marvel’s most recent blockbusters attended the 2018 Met Gala (or Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala, as it’s formally called) donning a custom all-white Atelier Versace ensemble. He summoned the spotlight and royally outshone every man at the Met.
Adhering to this year’s theme, “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination,” the 40-year-old actor wore a white tuxedo that was emblazoned with gold beads and matched his tux with a bejewelled white cross cape and gold slippers. Boseman for the red carpet win. Wakanda forever!
