The world’s first fashion collection developed using smartphone artificial intelligence.
Last night in Milan Huawei and Anna Yang – Creative Director of Milan-based fashion label, Annakiki – showed the world’s first fashion collection co-created with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Fashion ideated with the smartphone AI from the mobile giant’s P30 Pro series.
The collection was dubbed “Fashion Flair” after Huawei’s “Fashion Flair” app and was created by inputting tens of thousands of fashion images from the last 100 years into the platform, along with select images from ANNAKIKI’s previous collection. By applying a number of filters in the app by Yang the AI in the P30 phone created proposals for designs that were then moulded into pieces for the show. ANNAKIKI revealed 19 looks that exuded eclectic vibes that the brand has come to be known for.
